By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve work on the property.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of inspection or request.
Final costs may change if:

  • Conditions differ from the initial inspection,
  • Additional work is requested, or
  • Unforeseen hazards (utility lines, rot, hidden roots, etc.) are discovered.

We will always notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property and work area.
Please move vehicles, pets, and belongings out of the work zone before our crew arrives.
Weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns may result in rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.
We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payments.
Late or missed payments may result in added fees or collection actions.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We take great care to protect your property during service. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn, root, or ground surface damage caused by normal tree equipment use.
  • We are not liable for damages to underground utilities or unmarked obstacles unless disclosed before work begins.

Goodyear Tree Service carries liability insurance, but customers are responsible for providing accurate property details prior to work.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree care involves inherent risks. While we use safe industry practices, we cannot guarantee long-term health or stability after trimming, pruning, or removal.
We reserve the right to refuse work that poses unsafe conditions for our crew or property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Standard cleanup includes removal of branches, brush, and debris created by our work.
Firewood, logs, or wood chips left on-site become the property owner’s responsibility unless a different arrangement is made in writing.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made on short notice or no-shows may result in a service fee.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or submit false information through contact or quote forms.
We reserve the right to edit or remove website content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Goodyear Tree Service is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Delays caused by weather, equipment, or third parties, or
  • Work requested beyond the original estimate.
